The idea of participating in the 4th of July parades was presented at Rep. Central Committee.  In the Pueblo Chieftain about two weeks ago there was an article about a rally that was held in Colorado Springs called "The Re-Declaration of Independence".  So... what if we all dressed in the time period of the Revolution complete with three-cornered hats and maybe some signs with some clever sayings that would not be offensive but would send out a message.  Each participant would be responsible for putting their own costume together.  Three-corner hats can be obtained on the internet for about $6 or $7.

We need to know who would be willing to participate because if there are only a few people who want to do this we will not do it.  This would be in place of another "Tea Party"   However, if more people are interested in doing the "Tea Party" rather than the parade we will do that.
